General Guidelines

  • Refunds are only applicable before the processing or execution of services has started.

  • Once the project is initiated — including strategy planning, content creation, design, or campaign launch — the order becomes non-refundable.

  • Each project begins only after client confirmation and upfront payment. Timely communication is expected to keep services on track.

 


Revisions vs Refunds

  • We offer multiple rounds of revisions (as per your package) to resolve dissatisfaction. Refunds are not offered for subjective preferences when the service has been delivered as promised.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Missed deadlines caused by client delay in communication

  • Requests made after service completion

  • Dissatisfaction with services outside the agreed scope
